Jan Morice, tells how her grandmother, Mabel Drummond, a central founding  member of WILPFi from 1915, maintained an affectionate, but difficult relationship with h er younger brother, Tom, who joined up and fought at Gallipoli and the Western Front. Jan knew her grandmother from when she was a child until Mabel died when Jan was 25.
