Dublin and Beyond: The Road to an International Ban on Cluster Munitions
In May 2008 at the Dublin Diplomatic Conference on Cluster Munitions over 100 states agreed to sign an international treaty to ban cluster munitions. Two members of the Australian delegation bring the latest news and perspectives on the treaty negotiations.
